The Power of Holistic Coaching

Going beyond Goal-Setting

In a world that often feels like it’s moving at lightning speed, it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. We set goals, chase success, and juggle responsibilities, but sometimes, despite doing everything “right,” something still feels off. That’s where holistic coaching comes in.

Unlike traditional coaching, which often focuses on achieving external success, holistic coaching takes a deeper approach—it considers the mind, body, emotions, and spirit as interconnected parts of a whole. The goal isn’t just to help you reach milestones but to ensure those milestones truly align with your inner self. A holistic coach helps you uncover limiting beliefs, manage stress, and develop self-awareness. Whether it’s through mindfulness techniques, energy work, regression therapy, or mindset shifts, holistic coaching goes beyond surface-level solutions. It’s about creating lasting transformation, not just quick fixes.

The beauty of this approach? It works for most of us—from high-achievers looking to find balance to those seeking deeper meaning in life. It empowers you to understand yourself fully, break patterns that no longer serve you, and cultivate a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and authentic.

Because true success isn’t just about achieving more—it’s about becoming more of who you truly are!

Procrastinating on Your Life Purpose?

procrastinating time

Here’s Why It’s Time to Act

We all procrastinate—whether it’s delaying a task, postponing a decision, or avoiding change. But what happens when we procrastinate on something bigger like our life’s purpose?

Many people feel a deep calling, an inner knowing that they are meant for something more. Yet, they put it off. “I’ll start when I have more time, more money, more confidence.” Sound familiar? The truth is, there is never a perfect time. Life won’t pause until you feel “ready.”

Fear is often the real culprit. Fear of failure, fear of judgment, even fear of success. But procrastinating on your purpose doesn’t make the fear go away—it just keeps you stuck. The good news? You don’t need to have it all figured out. Taking even the smallest step—journaling, researching, talking to a mentor—creates momentum. Clarity comes from action, not waiting.

If you’ve been putting off your purpose, ask yourself: What’s one thing I can do today to move closer? Because your dreams won’t wait forever—but your regrets just might.

Love beyond Grief

Transforming Loss to Insight

Love and grief may seem like opposites, but in reality, they are deeply intertwined—two sides of the same coin. We grieve because we love. The deeper the love, the deeper the grief when that love is lost.

Grief is not just about mourning a person; it’s about missing a connection, a presence, a piece of ourselves that felt whole in their company. When we lose someone or something dear, the pain we feel is simply love with nowhere to go. It lingers, not as a sign of weakness, but as proof that love existed, that it mattered.

Yet, in grief, love is not truly gone. It transforms. It shows up in memories, in lessons learned, in the way we carry those we’ve lost forward in our hearts. Over time, grief softens, making space for gratitude for having loved so deeply in the first place.

My personal losses have been accompanied by profound experiences—shared death moments, continuing bonds, and after-death communications—all of which have deeply validated my belief in the soul’s journey and the possibility of reincarnation.

If you or any or anyone you know are seeking information on shared death experiences, I highly recommend visiting the Shared Crossing Project website.

The Benefits of Regression Therapy

Healing the Past from the Present

Regression therapy is a powerful technique that helps individuals access memories and experiences stored deep in the subconscious mind. Whether exploring past life memories or early life traumas, this therapeutic approach can lead to profound healing and self-discovery.

One of the biggest benefits of regression therapy is its ability to uncover and resolve deep-rooted emotional blocks. Many fears, phobias, and limiting beliefs stem from unresolved past experiences. By revisiting and processing these memories, individuals often experience emotional release, clarity, and relief from long-standing anxieties. Additionally, regression therapy can help break repetitive patterns in relationships, career, and personal growth. Recognizing the origins of certain behaviors allows for conscious change, leading to greater self-awareness and empowerment.

For those who believe in past lives, regression therapy offers insight into soul lessons and karmic connections, providing a deeper understanding of life’s challenges. Even skeptics benefit from the therapy’s ability to unlock subconscious wisdom and enhance inner peace.

Ultimately, regression therapy is a transformational tool for healing, self-discovery, and personal growth—helping individuals move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom

Dr. Ian Stevenson’s Research on Children Who Remember Past Lives

From the mouth of babes

Dr. Ian Stevenson, a psychiatrist and former professor at the University of Virginia, dedicated over 40 years to studying cases of children who claim to remember past lives. Unlike anecdotal stories, his research was rigorous, scientific, and involved thousands of cases worldwide.

Stevenson documented over 2,500 cases, often involving young children who spontaneously recalled specific names, places, and events from lives they had supposedly lived before. These children frequently provided detailed information—including names of past family members, professions, and even the manner of death—which were later verified through historical records.

Stevenson’s research paved the way for others, including Carol Bowman, a past-life regression therapist and author. Bowman expanded on Stevenson’s work by exploring how past-life memories can surface through spontaneous recollections or regression therapy, often helping children and adults heal from unexplained fears and traumas linked to past experiences.

Case in point—my second daughter at age four, out of the blue tells me that she had been in my tummy and fell out because I wasn’t eating well. She went to tell me other details about a miscarriage I had experienced 7 years before she was born.

What do you feel about past lives?

The Subconscious Mind and Imagination

Unlocking Hidden Potential Within

The subconscious mind is a powerful force that shapes our beliefs, habits, and emotions—often without us even realizing it. It stores past experiences, learned behaviors, and deep-seated patterns that influence our daily lives. One of its greatest tools is Imagination.

Imagination isn’t just for daydreaming; it’s the language of the subconscious and the unseen realms. When you visualise a goal, your subconscious registers it as real and starts aligning your thoughts and actions to make it happen. This is why techniques like visualization, affirmations, and guided imagery can be so effective in rewiring limiting beliefs and creating positive change.

Moreover, imagination allows us to access deeper layers of creativity, problem-solving, and even healing. Many breakthrough ideas, artistic masterpieces, and innovative solutions stem from tapping into the subconscious through creative thought.

By consciously engaging with your imagination—through guided meditation, journaling, or visualisation exercises—you can rewire your subconscious mind, break free from old patterns, and unlock greater potential. When you harness the power of imagination, you’re not just thinking differently—you’re creating a new reality from the inside out.

The Amazing Human Brain

Striking a balance towards self-actualisation

The human brain is divided into two hemispheres, each playing a unique role in how we think, process information, and interact with the world.

The left hemisphere is often associated with logic, analysis, and language. It processes information in a structured, sequential manner, making it responsible for critical thinking, mathematics, and speech. This side excels in problem-solving, reasoning, and organization, making it dominant in academic and structured tasks.

On the other hand, the right hemisphere is the center of creativity, intuition, and emotional intelligence. It processes information holistically, recognizing patterns, interpreting facial expressions, and understanding music and art. This side thrives in imagination, daydreaming, and deep emotional connections.

While both hemispheres have distinct functions, they work together through the corpus callosum, ensuring a balanced blend of logic and creativity. And that is exactly how I work by helping the overly left-brained clients to find creative solutions to their challenges, and assisting the more right-brained ones to design a strategic path towards self-fulfilment.

Transpersonal Psychology & Regression Therapy

Transpersonal Psychology and Its Benefits

Transpersonal psychology is a branch of psychology that explores human consciousness, spirituality, and personal transformation. Unlike traditional psychology, which focuses on mental health from a clinical or cognitive perspective, transpersonal psychology integrates spiritual experiences, mindfulness, and higher states of awareness into personal growth and healing.

This approach draws from various disciplines, including psychology, philosophy, mysticism, and Eastern traditions, to provide a holistic view of the human experience. It acknowledges that individuals seek meaning beyond the material world and often undergo profound spiritual awakenings, mystical experiences, or altered states of consciousness.

Benefits of Transpersonal Psychology

Emotional Healing – Helps individuals process trauma by fostering inner peace, self-acceptance, and forgiveness.
Self-Discovery & Personal Growth – Encourages deep introspection, leading to greater self-awareness and purpose.
Spiritual Development – Supports those exploring meditation, mindfulness, or religious experiences.
Stress & Anxiety Reduction – Techniques like breathwork and visualization enhance mental resilience.
Holistic Well-Being – Focuses on the mind-body-spirit connection for overall health.

Amazingly aligned with the principles and benefits of transpersonal psychology, regression therapy too offers a unique path for those seeking deeper meaning, self-transcendence, and psychological well-being beyond conventional therapy.
